We have an exciting opportunity: Senior Technical Solutions Architect (Sales Support Engineer)
The Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for designing Population Health solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, integration requirements, and budget. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience with big data platforms and data aggregation IT Infrastructures. The Technical Solutions Architect collaborate with their Clinical Solutions Architect counterpart to partner with the sales executive to understand the customer environment and IT strategy and develops a value-based solution design to achieve the customer’s strategic business objectives.
Works closely with sales executives to understand customer requirements and designs a solution to achieve customer outcome.
Designs solutions in collaboration with Clinical Solution Architects for and with customers, based on portfolio components and services
Collaborates with Clinical Solution Architects to resolve any issues or questions with the solution.
Creates solutions design for identified sales opportunities and participates in Expert Panel and pre-sales reviews.
Performs pre-sales demonstrations.
Supports in developing ROI calculations, customer presentations, COF messaging, etc.
Supports in developing competition overview and competitive replacement strategy.
Leads team to ensure timely and accurate completion of RFIs and RFPs (research/first review, clarification questions, and solution design) for Population Health tenders.
Works with Implementations and Customer Service to develop a customer-specific Statement of Work (SoW) to be included in proposal.
Participates in on-site customer meetings to understand customer environment and desired project outcome. Develops solution to achieve customer business objective.
Consults with the Project Management Office on solution design and provides support as required throughout project life cycle.
Serves as a resource for the implementation team to ensure customer intent is understood.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
5+ years EHR/EMR technical implementation, integration and/or technical support experience
Understanding of big data platforms, the varying complexities of aggregating date from differing technology stacks within cloud storage platforms
Familiarity with components such as patient registries, record locator services
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate about technical concepts to non-technical customers
Working Relationship/Direction of Others:
Represent Company as primary contact for pre-sales Population Health expertise.
Supports sales executive and sales support colleagues with Population Health opportunities.
Demonstrates leadership and role model qualities.
Fosters relationships and develops trust with customers from C-Level to end users.
