Beaufort Academy (BA) is actively pursuing a new Head of School that has the experience and situational awareness to recognize the challenges that face independent schools. We desire our new Head to be an inspiring educational leader, excellent communicator and a person that embodies our core values of Intellect, Respect, Integrity, Leadership and Pride. These qualities must be used in executing our existing strategic plan while manifesting a resolute spirit for recruitment and development. Understanding that the Head is the CEO of the organization, he or she will have full support from the Board of Trustees to build the ideal team needed to achieve and sustain excellence. Finally, BA is searching for a Head that will lead the BA Family into our next half century, while enjoying the benefits of a dedicated faculty, staff and widespread community support.
