Advertised Summary Job Description: CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Segment military student market and help us understand where we should focus (e.g., student profiles, career paths) - Meet with key stakeholders to determine desired future state characteristics - Assess current programs for fit with target market (e.g., content, structure, etc) and current student recruitment, onboarding, services, and transition/career services capabilities in line with target market - Collect information (interviews, review documentation, enrollment history) and analyze current state of the program (e.g., students, faculty, curriculum, operations, leadership, market) - Meet with departmental leaders, students, faculty, program leadership, alumni, and other schools/programs at CU that could be potentially partners or impacted - Perform gap analysis between the desired future state and current state highlighting: Finding/recommendations Implementation options for program(s) with timeframes/effort required High-level transformation plan with people, process, technology, and focus changes highlighted - Provide any additional opportunities you feel would drive value for the program (e.g., executive education, online, other programs) - Deliver findings and recommendations executive summary with detailed analysis/documentation of interviews/process flows, as well as a high-level transformation plan.

General Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required. - Three years of related experience required.
