Roles/Responsibilities A Financial Data Analyst (FDA) is a vital member of the Data & Information Management division supporting data validation function. Work with an ambitious and diverse team of FDAs who support various lines of businesses including Banking, Insurance, Corporate Finance & Sovereign groups The FDA in the Data Validation Group will be a part of a growing organization with a global presence, supporting regional lines of businesses. The FDA contributes directly to the research and the ratings process by fact checking and validating all underlying and supplementary material. Key Responsibilities - Collect and validate macro-economic indicators for various countries; research through secondary sources - The role involves extracting and condensing information from Government websites, information provided to locate the data etc. - Delivering high quality output to Analyst with regards to content, structure and presentation - Facilitating the Analyst in timely publishing of country's Sovereign ratings - Demonstrate strength and experience in Analyst / requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment - Requires the ability to work effectively with a mix of long and short term deadlines - Providing error-free output and achieve the targets efficiently - Provide assigned work in the allotted time effectively
