Overview of Role
The Client Relationship Officer will have a key role in Rothschild Asset Management's Swiss Sales Team and will report to the Country Manager for Switzerland. The ideal candidate is a dynamic selfstarter with at least 3 years' experience in the Swiss Institutional Asset Management industry in a sales, fundraising, business development or client servicing role with an investment manager. The position is based in Geneva, start date as soon as possible.
Raising assets by selling the Rothschild fund rage to the Swiss institutional and distribution markets
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Client Servicing role to existing client base (reporting, marketing, operational support)
Sales support to the Country Manager
Organising and executing client events, making presentations to clients in French, English (German a strong plus)
Some travel required, mostly within Switzerland
Education and Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent relevant subject, CFA level 1 holders preferred
3+ years' experience in Institutional Asset Management in Switzerland
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Native speaker French and English, German a plus
Can demonstrate a good understanding of various investment alternative and traditional investment products – hedge funds, long-only funds, fixed income funds etc.
Some sales experience on the Swiss market
Swiss work permit holders strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and be a key player in a small, dynamic team
