We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Business Management Pensions.
Assist in preparation of business strategy programs for pensions business in order to drive growth, and related management of annual operating plan and annual technology plans in alignment with global approach
Support the formulation and execution of pensions business papers and programs regarding the implementation of global and local initiatives
Contribute to management of overall pensions portfolios as required in terms of competitive review, market development deep dive, regulatory changes and overarching distribution
Support line managers in the coordination and preparation of business steering activities and materials for various governance forums such as pensions Oversight Committee, Executive Committee and Insurance Executive Committee
Work closely with various other stakeholders and departments comprising of the Insurance Division, Trustee Services and Commercial Banking
Support the line managers on other business initiatives when required including the control owner role for relevant items in the operational risk framework
Maintain close relationships with internal business stakeholders and functions supporting the business
Years of experience in pensions, insurance or wealth management business in Hong Kong
Business writing skills for reporting and corporate papers development which are well substantiated with strong numerical justification
Good understanding of large corporations and matrix organization
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Exposure to pensions and market development for pensions products
Strong project management skills and experience including people resourcing management
Strong compliance and risk management mind set
