My client is a big 4 global advisory firm with a large expanding Infrastructure Advisory practice. They provide financial advisory services in the infrastructure field to corporate and government clients across a range of industry sectors and delivery models. The Sydney office has an outstanding opportunity for a Director and an Associate Director to join their highly dynamic and successful advisory team. Worth noting that based on a recent hire at the Partnership level, new work that has been originated by that individual is more on the financial sponsor/investor side and the bid side (vs government side advisory).
Reporting through to Directors and Partners your role will include: Providing commercial and financial advice to utilities, the private sector and Governments on energy projects, Public Private Partnerships ("PPPs") and major infrastructure projects; Provide advice across the entire project cycle including feasibility assessment, business case development, acting as project director, project implementation, commercial structuring and negotiation, bid development, financial analysis and tender evaluation.
To be considered for the Associate Director role you will have over 8 years experience either within infrastructure project finance advisory or lending, corporate finance (with some infrastructure experience) an infrastructure division within government or engineering advisory covering infrastructure. For the Director role we'd need a minimum of 15 years of experience.
You must have full working rights for Australia to be considered for this role.
