The Department of Education Reform in the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, invites nominations and applications for the position of Teacher Development Manager for the Arkansas Teacher Corps. The Teacher Development Manager (TDM) (Arkansas Teacher Corps) monitors the teacher training and individual progress of Fellows enrolled in the Arkansas Teacher Corps program and performs related organizational and communication tasks. The TDM travels to school districts across Arkansas for weekly observations of teachers and provides coaching to Fellows at their school placements. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. (1) Earned bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Required License/Certifications: A valid driver’s license.
