TheUniversity of Maryland School of Nursing (UMSON) is currently recruiting for a PediatricNursing faculty member to join the Department of Family and Community Health.
UMSONenrolls more than 1,800 students in its baccalaureate, master's, and doctoralprograms. Participate in the development, teaching,organization, and evaluation of clinical and didactic education for Infant,Child, and Adolescent Nursing (pediatric) in the BSN and CNL programs of study;advise students; participate in faculty governance; and provide service to theschool, university, and profession.
Recent experience in infant, child,and adolescent (pediatric) nursing in a health care setting required.
Master's degree in nursing required.
Doctoral degree in nursing or arelated field, enrolled, or commitment to enroll in a doctoral program withinone year required.
Prior academic/teaching experiencepreferred.
Current nursing license to practice in Maryland required
