Responsibilities include:<br />• Serving as the primary leader of the Program<br />• Hiring, evaluating and developing faculty<br />• Fiscal management<br />• Maintaining accreditation<br />• Grantsmanship<br />• Scholarly productivity<br />• Teaching in Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Program in Rehabilitation Science<br />• Visionary leadership to promote ongoing advancement of the Program and the discipline of physical therapy locally, nationally and internationally</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">A talented Associate Director assists the Program Director considerably. This position requires an academic doctorate and clinical degree in Physical Therapy with licensure eligibility in Minnesota. An ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in physical therapy professional, residency, and academic doctoral education, as well as enthusiasm for faculty governance.</span></span></p>
