Providence is calling a Talent Management & Learning Consultantto Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA or Portland, OR.
We are seeking a Talent Management & Learning Consultant to provide design and implementation support across Talent Management and Learning initiatives and programs. As a generalist on the team, the TM&L Consultant works across the Regional, Functional and COE teams.
The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes Providence mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.
In this position you will:
Consult and support projects in areas related to talent management and learning (e.g. succession management, talent analytics, assessment, etc.) taking direction from the regional/functional TM&L Director or Senior Manager.
Develop and facilitate a variety of learning experiences (e.g., formal classroom and virtual learning, skills labs, action-learning teams, mentor programs, etc.)
Work closely with regional/functional TM&L consulting teams to evaluate and support the needs of the business and create custom interventions aligned with resources/tools that have been developed to increase leader and individual effectiveness.
Provide overall initiative program management support, engaging project team through effective organizational, planning and communication skills.
Develop communication and change management plans and associated collateral in support of TM&L programs.
Develop and oversee program evaluation strategies in support of TM&L programs.
Track metrics and perform talent analytics to provide insights into program opportunities, and inform strategic talent planning.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
5 years in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness/development, in practices such as leadership, performance management, succession management, engagement and/or culture.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
A Master's Degree or MBA.
Experience with DDI content and Success Factors.
Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), or other relevant certification program.
