Responsibilities~~Provide communications consulting, strategy planning and execution for International HR projects and initiatives. Manage complex communication projects, with international scope (specific to APAC) for Human Resource, manager and team member audiences based across business lines within APAC and other geographies outside of the U.S. Consult with project teams and senior leaders to understand international HR communication needs for managers, team members and HR. Provide overall communications consultation and support including development and management of comprehensive communications plans including goals, objectives and strategies to best communicate project or management's position or message. Work includes writing, editing and publishing communications key messages and deliverables. Ensure communications and processes meet international regulatory and legal requirements. Work with legal and Translation Services and/or translation vendor(s) as needed to ensure all legal and regulatory translation requirements are met and to ensure understanding of content. Partner with line of business and enterprise communicators as appropriate to leverage communication channels and ensure effective delivery of communications to key stakeholders.
At least 6 - 8 years of communications experience with proven communications consulting experience with senior business and functional leaders to achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrated writing ability for varied internal audiences across multiple channels.
Experience developing, leading and executing communications plans and strategies.
Experience providing communications support to client in areas of high complexity and with a significant role in business strategy.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with limited supervision demonstrating sound judgment and good decision making.
Ability and availability to support multiple projects, across multiple time zones.
A proven track record of simultaneously leading multiple complex initiatives to completion.
Ability to thrive in a changing environment and stay focused on meeting business objectives.
Experience in HR with exposure to a variety of disciplines including change management, benefits, recruiting, learning, talent strategy, compensation, etc.
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
