We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to work with our liver care patients. The role of this nurse will focus on case management of patients in all phases throughout the continuum of Liver Care with a specific focus on liver transplant candidates. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, patient education, transplant work-up coordination, wait listing, managing chronic liver disease and pre transplant care.

Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington and at least two years of current/recent nursing experience with transplant patients, experience with liver transplants preferred.
