Document Management Services Lead (Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt I)

California State University San Marcos seeks a Document Management Services Lead for their Enrollment Management Services/Registrar's Office. This position will provide strategic leadership in the management and development of the Document Management Services (DMS) unit within Enrollment Management Services. The DMS lead provides leadership for document management and processing of transfer credit through analysis, development, and evaluation of processes related to transcript scanning, electronic transcripts, processing and evaluation for the entire campus. Lead team in developing OCR transcript templates, scanning transcripts, and importing data into PeopleSoft. Incumbent will collaborate with all areas of EMS in the development of document types, scanning, and processing of all materials necessary for students to be admitted, enroll, continue and graduate from CSUSM. Working with the Registrar and Assistant Registrar, implements workload planning and strategies to meet production goals and ensure prompt processing of transfer credit for the campus.

Minimum Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, or programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with document management system capturing, storing and retrieving data.
Experience with PeopleSoft Student Administration Modules; i.e., Records and Enrollment and/or Transfer Credit Evaluation Modules
Experience working in an academic setting
Demonstrated ability to inspire trust in others and motivate teams to meet objectives
Full-time, probationary position with benefits.
Budgeted Hiring Salary: $3,897 - $4,378/month
