As the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Development Technical Team Lead, you will serve as the application configuration and integration subject matter expert. This role will perform as the Lead Development Engineer on staff and will be responsible for ensuring that all ITSM development, code/application manipulation, and governance directed implementation guidance, is carried out. Moreover, you will ensure that proper documentation including the development metrics and roadmaps, standard operating procedures, process diagrams, and operational tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) are submitted for governance approval.
-Bachelor’s degree with four (4) years related experience OR Associate degree with six (6) related experience OR High school or equivalent with eight (8) years related experience.
