Performs highly advanced and complex Equal Opportunity and Title IX investigations: address complaints and allegation of misconduct of sexual harassment/ sexual assault and discrimination for Syracuse University. Evaluate, analyze, and investigate formal EEO complaints filed against the University. The EO/ Title IX Investigator will work closely with students, faculty, staff and community partners in playing a vital role to ensure a fair and equitable process in managing and addressing serious issues. This person will also conduct investigations regarding discrimination based on creed, ethnic or national origin, sex gender, pregnancy, disability, marital status, political or social affiliation, age, race, color, veteran status, military status, religion, sexual orientation, domestic violence status, gender identity, gender expression or perceived gender.
