We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Investment Operations .
Service Provider Manager to monitor the end to end service deliveries are complying with Compliance requirement from Asset Management Hong Kong
Participate in Asset Management projects with respect to rationalise the operating model change and engaging the participation in Business Support
Serving as first tier support deputising the role and responsibility of Associate Director for overall team's oversight
Acting as the Broker Coordinator to monitor all broker onboarding process
Coaching and developing team members in this specialized role
Identify areas in Business Support that Operations Management can streamline, optimize and standardise
Delivering a standardised Service Provider Monitoring model, hence Business Support can govern the service providers with a unified standards and tools with the most effective resources
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
Knowledge of market regulations
Knowledge of operations in asset management, custodian and trustee
Prior experience in asset management middle or back office operations is an advantage
Well organised and ability to prioritise effectively
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
Proactive working attitude and Stakeholders Management skills
People management skills
Fluent written and spoken English with good communication skills
Strong computer skills for example Microsoft Excel, Word
