The University of Cincinnati invites applications for an Associate To Cincinnati Online. Reporting to the Business Officer of Cincinnati Online, the Associate To will serve as an integral member of the support team for Cincinnati Online, serving as the front line liaison for the office, receiving all visitors and interacting with university officers, deans, faculty, staff, students, alumni and key stakeholders with the highest professional standards. This individual will provide targeted administrative support:
Managing calendars for key personnel,
Initiating, reviewing, or approving financial and human resources transactions (including but not limited to expense reimbursement, contractual payments, purchase orders and procurement cards, asset and space management, timekeeping and payroll accounting, and records management),
Assisting with the planning and execution of various complex events, activities and communications,
Represent the university in interactions with internal stakeholders and colleagues as well as external agencies and governing bodies
Other related support duties as needed by the staff of Cincinnati Online.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience; OR Associate degree with 5 years' experience; OR 7 years' experience.
Ideal Qualifications: In order to support and make sound recommendations to designated administrators, this position will give preference to candidates with experience with data manipulation and analysis tools, e.g. spreadsheets and databases. Preference will also be given to candidates with knowledge of University administration at all levels including executive and the Board of Trustees.
