What you'll do
You'll be supporting the execution of the strategic NatWest Markets Risk Culture and Culture Programme by defining its objectives, shaping our business identity and validating the Programme's outcomes with behavioural science researches. You'll ensure that all NWM staff understand the "making NWM our business vision", "how NWM operates" and its risks and then try to deploy innovative ways of measure Culture and Risk Culture in NWM whilst embedding our values and fostering the right environment.
You'll also be:
Reviewing and optimising the delivery milestones of operational plans and supporting the development of any communications and presentations that need to be made to Executives Stakeholders and interested parties
Liaising and engaging with NatWest Markets business leads
Shaping and defining the component parts of the Risk Culture & Culture Programme
Analysing NatWest Markets business needs to ensure that the 'making NatWest Markets our business's mission helps shape our business identity
Reviewing academia researches on behavioural science, behavioural economics and organisation culture
The skills you'll need
You'll need excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues. You'll also need to be a self starter with strong project management and governance skills.
You'll also need:
Previous experience as a Business Manager or Business Analyst in in an investment banking front office environment
To be a strategic thinker and able to define plans and actions
To drive forward improvements with creative thinking, and secure appropriate sponsorship
Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and affinity for data analysis
