Job Description Summary: Job ID: 5709, Unclassified, FT (Salary) The Professional staff member reports to the Associate Director and is responsible for all assigned functions and is responsible for the processing and completion of the Federal Title IV aid withdrawals. This position also coordinates the Federal Work Study program. This staff person is an integral member of the compliance area and will assist in ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Duties/Physical Demands: Process and complete Federal Title IV aid withdrawals and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and university guidelines. 60% Coordinate the Federal Work Study program including bi-weekly reconciliation with student payroll and off campus contracts. 20% Completes routine to complex tasks such as preparing reports, compiling recommendations, completing projects, etc., as needed. 5% Performs counseling duties when needed. 5% Some public speaking will be required; some evening and weekend work hours will be required. 5% Performs other duties as assigned. 5%

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or combination of education and experience. Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations and prior experience. Superior accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently cooperatively.
