Independently preparing diverse immigration applications, including employment, family-based immigration petitions, and marriage-based immigration;
Working with the paralegal team to supervise and facilitate the consolidation of documents and information from clients during the preparation process;
Corresponding with potential clients during the intake process and maintaining regular communication with existing clients with regard to active cases;
Corresponding with USCIS and other government agencies where necessary.
Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state;
Experience handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as H-1B, L-1, EB-1A, EB-2/3, EB-5, O-1, F-1, NIW, PERM, and TN-Visa;
Excellent oral and writing skills in English;
Must be thorough, detail-oriented, and good at time management;
Related business immigration experience will be a plus
