We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Operations Manager .
Assist the Operations Manager to prepare the Annual Operating Plan and track the actual against the plan, for example, day to day management on department financials including invoicing and expenses, manage the out of pocket expenses for schemes
Maintain the department human resources records, record savings and compile Human Resources related reports
Collect inputs from various parties to produce regular and adhoc operational performance reports with tracking of key performance indicators, produce Pensions portfolio reports with insights provided to support executives decisions
Oversight on the suppliers and execute corresponding supplier management tasks namely contract management, due diligence, reports, business continuity and risk assessment
Support the risk assessment, coordinate and execute the controls regarding Data, Business Continuity, Anti Bribery and Corruption, Users Access
Manage on MPF and ORSO projects in relation to department operations
Responsible for ensuring the Business Services strategy is maintained, reviewed and issues escalated as appropriate
To ensure the Business Services Operating Manuals are implemented in the light of the overall Global Business demands
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Lead, provide guidance and support to country admin managers across the Business Service and lead and coordinate any central activities and programmes
To ensure the continued effective Organizational Design for respective Business Services
Ensure key Business Service meetings are governed appropriately
Demonstrate strong ability to analyze complex issues and identify assess the implications
Excellent planning, organizing and commercial skills including strong financial management capability
High degree of drive and motivation, to ensure delivery of objectives in a timely, efficient and effective manner
Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results
Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
Well developed project management skills
