The job duties are: answering phones, processing participant registrations, providing support to associate director and two program coordinators as needed, filling, reconciling monetary transactions, purchasing supplies, preparing routine reports, direct payments and travel forms as needed, assisting at Lifelong Learning Programs and continuing Professional Education events.
