The process improvement coordinator will work in our Global Infrastructure Technology Operations team and will participate in developing metrics, governance, and process improvement efforts across the Service Operations organization. The coordinator will establish and oversee metrics and governance processes across IT Service Operations to drive quality, consistency, and efficiency.
•Develop metrics and dashboards to drive governance and continuous improvement activities
•Develop and oversee governance processes and routines
•Drive metrics and continuous improvement programs across a large organization
•Create structure and visibility to improve executive decision making
•Establish and cultivate cross – domain relationships to promote transparency across the organization
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
•Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience.
•Excellent interpersonal and organization skills required
•Specific detailed analytical skills and knowledge in governance, continuous improvement, and metric development
•Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and built rapport in order to influence colleagues at all levels, uncover business issues, and identify needs
•Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related scientific or analytical field
•Competency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
