We have a present opportunity for a Reconciliations Manager. In this role, you work closely with the Head of Reconciliations in driving outstanding service delivery to our stakeholders internal and external. Previous experience within a Service Delivery environment preferably within Securities Services is desired, alternatively relevant reconciliation experience within Investment Banking.
Service Delivery Management.
Lead our teams to deliver a high standard of service to our fund administration and middle office clients. Make certain that any changes in the service provided including new business is managed efficiently and effectively with minimum disruption for the clients.
Review and monitor client service deliverables, identify improvement opportunities, resulting in improved operational productivity and enhanced service delivery.
Measured through: Client key performance indicators, Issues identified by end of day review processes and Ongoing monitoring of reconciliations MI data.
Previous experience within a Service Delivery environment preferably within Securities Services is desired, alternatively relevant reconciliation experience within Investment Banking
