Under the Direction of the Faculty Director, and working with other senior personnel of the Program as directed by the Faculty Director, the Associate Director will work on building, developing, managing, advancing, or carrying out activities of the Program. Among other things, the Associate Director may be directed to work with public corporations, law firms, institutional investors, advisors, and other capital market players; participate in developing and managing the roundtables or other events of the Program; manage administrative and other operations of the Program; collaborate with constituent groups and other professionals; hire, manage, and supervise personnel of the Program, including staff, fellows, research associates, data managers, and research assistants; participate in managing the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation; manage the online presence, publications, and reports, of the Program; participate in fundraising activities; liaise with donors and visitors; carry out, oversee, and take on other management responsibilities within the Program that may arise as directed by the Faculty Director.
This is a term appointment currently expected to extend to December 31, 2019, subject to funding and departmental need.

Union: 00 - Non Union, Exempt or Temporary
J.D., LL.M., M.B.A., or other graduate degree in law, business, policy, or social science; 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, including legal, investment, or governance practice, and experience leading and managing teams.
Familiarity with or strong interest in corporate governance issues and institutions, and experience with relevant legal or policy topics. Strong intellectual, organizational, operational, communication, and institution building qualities are essential.
