Posting Department The Compensation Analyst analyzes survey data and recommends pay range assignments for employee compensation changes. Collaborates with the Human Resources team on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs. Recommends changes to compensation programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the organization's goals and competitive practices. In collaboration with Human Resources leadership team, assures through analysis, audits, and reports that the compensation program is consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Assists in projects involving both compensation and benefits including assisting employees with benefit and leave of absence questions and issues.
