We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Governance Manager .
Support service excellence in payment services by defining services standards and oversee Hong Kong Commercial Banking operational performance delivered by HSBC Operations Services and Technology
Support collaboration with frontlines, products, operations, risks stewards to drive the change and development of end to end payments services reengineering initiatives, including identification of root causes, issues solving, and initiatives design
Implement and deploy for any payment related changes in Commercial Banking frontline in close partnership with products and service delivery teams.
Monitor customer and staff satisfaction on payment process, identify areas of service improvements and identify problem situations and resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction on payment services
Ensure effective and appropriate process in place for performance tracking in payment services and conduct regular performance reviews on services performance
Support Commercial Banking business lead to work closely with product owners and process owners to
Support the design, develop payment process solutions for Commercial Banking customers in Hong Kong to ensure best in class customer experience
Participate all payment process design and payment customer experience review and conduct regular analysis on payment activities to improve customer experience
Monitor the emergence of new technologies and changing consumer behaviours. Recommend product and process changes when required.
University level degree in a related discipline
Good understanding of Commercial Banking customer needs on payment products, general banking and channels
Has solid experience in general banking operations, preferably in Commercial Banking front line customer support role or payment operations supporting Commercial Banking customers
Broad knowledge of group direction on compliance and regulatory requirements, sanctions requirement, payment transparency and internal system and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills and influencing
Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable to work in a self directed mode on multiple assignments.
