To perform varied and responsible administrative oversight of programs and services within the Registration & Records Office. Duties may include but not be limited to:
Assist with monitoring front desk and phone queue coverage.
Leadership for the transcript desk of the office including organization of all transcript processes, transcript production, microfiche searches, and transcript troubleshooting.
Primary leadership for student deferment requests and certifications of enrollment.
Organization of the refund petition process for students and university administrators.
Process and image registration related forms.
Supervise student workers including scheduling, training, setting expectations, and time approval.
Provide excellent customer service to patrons who walk-in, call, or email.
Other duties as assigned.
The candidate for this position will work closely with the student service team, the assistant registrar, work/study students, academic advisors in the academic units, and peers in other enrollment management offices
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary, as well as five years progressively responsible office experience. Education or training beyond high school may be substituted for experience.
Proficient computer skills and experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional organizational skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.
