Responsible for developing and implementing the mission and strategic vision for the practice.
Recommends, develops, implements improvements for the practice.
Oversees clinic operating policies and procedures.
Participates and helps to coordinate recruitment.
Oversees the business and financial affairs of the practice and fiscal management in conjunction with the practice CPA.
Prepares a review and analysis of monthly statements, all financial studies, reports, etc., as requested or deemed necessary.
Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.
Ensures clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery.
Represents the practice in its relationships with other health organizations, government agencies and third party players.
Manages all practice managed care relationships, including monitoring of related reimbursement, negotiation with third party players, provider credentialing and maintenance of contracts.
Serves as a liaison between hospitals, health plans, insurance companies and regulatory bodies.
Resolves any medical-administrative problems and keeps lines of communication open with staff to ensure high employee morale and a professional atmosphere.
Maintains strict confidentiality.
MBA preferred with 10+ years experience.
