Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational customer relationship activities including: oConducting market research and analysis oDeveloping and implementing a marketing and relationship cultivation plan oDeveloping strategic partnership contracts oCultivating and meeting with strategic partners and securing strategic partnerships
Responsible for providing market feedback to Radford University and the Lab's leadership regarding competitive offerings including: oEvaluating CBE learning modules and overall operations to determine alignment and relevance with current industry needs and projected industry trends oConsulting on new CBE learning module development and corresponding business based upon market analysis and feedback from industry & government partners oGenerating new product development ideas and producing feasibility studies/business plans for new product development. oMonitoring external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
Responsible for the management of the customer relations and strategic partnerships including the marketing functions of the Lab including oDeveloping marketing campaigns for new products and services including the formulation of a specific budget and expenditure plan for each. oDeveloping and maintaining marketing budget. oPlanning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Responsible for driving increased enrollment and corresponding revenue to achieve the Lab's quarterly and annual growth objectives, including cultivating and securing the execution of strategic partnership agreements.
Responsible for assisting in the quality assurance process by reviewing the IMPACT Lab materials and delivery of the Lab's academic content through an online learning management system to meet specified requirements and ensure the content and processes of delivery are as close to error free as possible which, in turn, increases customer confidence and satisfaction.
Successful candidates will have significant experience and demonstrated success in cultivating business relationships, strategic partnerships, marketing similar products or services, and/or generating revenue.
Five to ten years experience in a related field.
