Program and Project Management for The Medicare Part D Enhanced Medication Therapy Management Model Innovation program.
The Program Manager is a leader and drives programmatic and financial goals through comprehensive oversight of business processes and implementation. The Program Manager serves as Subject Matter Expert for Innovation Program priorities, influencing and aiding functional business partners to drive Innovation Program goals and financial results. Serves as a lead on projects by developing project plans, monitoring project status, and identifying risks and issues that impact quality, timelines, and cost. Assists other team members by reviewing work, providing training and technical guidance.
Responsible for leading the execution of Innovation Program projects.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of health care industry
Responsible for leading work teams consisting of Innovation Program team members and business partners, which include the following:
Manages Innovation Program-driven projects
Ensuring Innovation Program requirements are clearly communicated and documented.
Monitoring Planning, Build, Design, Test, and Implementation to ensure Innovation Program requirements are delivered
Identifying risks to timelines, quality, or cost and escalating to leadership as appropriate.
Participating in user and usability testing
Resolves complex cross functional issues
Plans, develops and executes plans to transition Innovation Program governance to functional governance
Develops processes and performance metrics
Develop and build internal and external partnerships
Mentor and coach less experienced coworkers
Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
5+ years related work experience
Experience with Medicare or Electronic Health Records (EHR)
5+ years of leading large implementations / initiatives
5+ years coordinating / managing efforts
5+ years proven analytical experience
5+ years Executive-level communications
Medicare and/or Government Pharmacy experience (insurance)
Works with enhanced medication therapy management
Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, including PMP
Understanding of Government Markets
