Understanding of overall and specific risks within the process, controls available to mitigate such risks and open risks, in supporting the business. Ability to identify gaps / issues / outliers as they arise and escalate timely / seek help.
Run a BAU process on settlement areas, this should be able to cover remittance and custody process for cross products including equity, bonds, mutual funds etc. with strong control mindset.
Handle exceptions on BAU process and able to provide a constructive solution to resolve the problems.
Able to review the existing process and come up with ideas for efficiency without compromising on control.
Perform independently as a maker after trained to cover all the process.
Provide all the ad hoc supports for her or his supervisor / manager whenever required.
Key Experience & Skills
Min 1-3 years' experience in asset transfer / settlements with private banking experience preferred
