An opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our office in London. Successful candidate will provide support to Head of EMEA Linear Rates & International U.S. Rates & SSA Trading and his Management Team.
This role is part of the FICC trading floor therefor the working hours will be 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Extensive and complex diary management: Coordination of meetings arrangements, logistics and pre-meeting preparations
Handling expenses (Concur)
Processing of invoices in Ariba
Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries
Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to the business area
Working with a "buddy" to provide coverage when absent from the office
Previous PA experience within a fast-paced environment in Financial Services
Effective time management skills
Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong MS office skills
Proactive and calm under pressure
Flexible and adaptable
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
