Lead the preparation of all statutory financial reporting requirements, including quality review controls.
Deliver management insight including forecasting and analysis of financial data to support steering of business.
Enhance and implement finance department policies and procedures to increase staff efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the review of and improvement to documentation of Group wide finance policies and procedures and implement best practices in internal controls.
Lead the internal preparation for all external audit assignments and work with external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion of audits.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of IFRS and be seen in the Group as a subject matter expert.
Provide timely and accurate analysis / advises of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO, the Board of Directors and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in an overall financial/business function having held executive roles in reputed organizations in the Banking/ FS sector.
Minimum a Bachelor degree holder with a CPA/ACA or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills, with exposure to leading multiple departments.
Ability to efficiently interact with board members and government representatives.
Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
