The Inova Systems Headquarters in Falls Church, VA is seeking an AP P Card Administrator
Responsible for P-Card administration, monitoring and maintaining P-Card accounts as per Inova's policy. Performs P-Card reporting, analytics and communication to card holders and management. Conducts P-Card training and provides ongoing P-Card user education and instructions. Ensures compliance and accountability of cardholders through 100% audits of Inova P-Card activity. Requires strong computer and excel skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, detail oriented, analytical and possesses critical thinking skills. Learn and interpret policies and must be able to problem solve. Responsible for exhibiting customer service excellence to the customer at all times. Ability to handle a large volume of documentation and analytical exposure. Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate organization, time management, and problem solving skills. Proficiency in English is required
