We Offer You will be working in the Operational Risk Capital team which is part of the Operational Risk Management department and will support the scenario analysis in the US. Among others, this will include support for coordination of the operational risk scenario analysis program: preparing analytics, coordinating meetings with senior managers and subject matter experts and managing project plans and timelines. The results from the process are used in the operational risk loss projections as part of the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST) submissions.
Primary responsibilities include:
You will prepare and develop analytical material using internal and external loss data and other metrics to support analysis as well as risk profile monitoring.
You will support coordinating and administering of scenario analysis meetings to gather input from key business partners and produce reports and presentations for relevant governance bodies.
You will document detailed meeting minutes from the scenario analysis sessions and coordinate and track follow-up action items.
You will support maintenance of scenario analysis library and conduct quality assurance.
You will support the execution standards for scenario analysis and the challenge and benchmarking of the results.

You have 2 years of work experience in a financial institution, preferably experience in roles with expertise in the businesses, products and controls with understanding on how the businesses operate and the associated risks.
Do you have strong technical and quantitative aptitude to be able to understand and participate in settling quantification of operational risks?
You have the ability to produce high quality analytical and written materials with solid attention to detail.
Do you have strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressured timelines? Ability to manage multiple projects and work processes in a timely fashion.
Do you have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills?
You have the ability to liaise with business and other functions across the company.
You have MSc or equivalent in a finance or technical discipline preferred.
