Data Operations Analyst - Global COO - London - 12 month FTC
The role will cover across the data team but be focussed on our Sales MI initiative which, in conjunction with a third party vendor, delivers dis-aggregated trade flow data to internal teams.
Design, implement and execute data management operational activities to a high standard
Ensure operational processes adhere to Data Governance requirements across AI
Manage exception handling, with an ambition to reduce & eliminate data errors
Continuous evaluation of systems and process effectiveness
Provide insight support in everyday data processes
Develop a global 'Centre of Expertise' for all core data and act as a central knowledge point for business data needs
Project deliverables as required
Business, Economics, Investment, Mathematics, or Technology education useful but not essential
Knowledge of Transfer Agents and their role in the investment process
Passionate about data, attention to detail and quality in every aspect of work
Experience in process mapping and engineering
Working knowledge of the Asset Management industry preferred but not essential
A relentless hunger to learn more about the Asset Management industry; Quality assurance standards, Technology and how it impacts and changes the world;
Able to easily connect with people and build extensive professional relationships across all business areas
