We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (Planner) to join our Family Office Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working team player who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Deliver comprehensive, high-level advice and recommendations to ultra high net worth individual and families on a wide variety of planning topics which include (but are not limited to):
Complex transfer strategies
Property & casualty insurance
Family financial education
Be knowledgeable on all aspects of RMB investment philosophy and strategy
Develop, present, implement and monitor client specific recommendations
Coordinate with other trusted advisors including estate planning, tax and insurance professionals
Demonstrate value through a customized approach that provides insight and recommendations that exceed client expectations
Provide best-in-class client service and have a documented record of leading wealthy complex individuals/families through proactive client communications, regularly scheduled meetings, distribution of relevant reporting and analysis, and promptly responding to client requests
Demonstrate critical thinking and good judgement in all situations
Offer leadership, direction and support to team members
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

10+ year experience focusing on wealth and estate planning directly with individuals and families
Experience with ultra-high net worth families or a family office
CFP® required although JD, CFA may substitute
Series 65 or 66 preferred
Extremely detail oriented, strong organizational, and analytical skills
Experience with any of the following systems preferred: SalesForce, MoneyguidePro, Microsoft Office, Black Diamond, Advent/APX, Addepar
Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing example may be required)
Strong work ethic and able to prioritize multiple projects
