Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance on the University Residence Halls and Apartment complex 2. Conduct routine building inspection 3. Order supplies and maintain inventory 4. May supervise student workers and temporary employees 5. Performs other duties as assigned
