The College of Education invites applications for a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor in School Psychology that will begin August 2019. This is an exciting opportunity to join our NASP-Approved School Psychology Program and collaborate with other educator preparation programs across the college. The College of Education has strong commitments to community partnership and social justice, and we seek a faculty colleague who shares these values.
The UMSL School Psychology Program emphasizes prevention science, problem-solving consultation, and culturally-responsive practice with a special focus on mental/behavioral health services in schools. Job responsibilities include excellence in teaching, maintaining a focused research program, and providing student advisement and other university/professional service.

This is a benefits-eligible, full-time, tenure-track, nine-month position with an anticipated start for the 2019-2020 academic year (August 2019). Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
A completed doctorate in education or appropriate field by August 15, 2019 is required.
Though the area of specialty within school psychology is open, preference will be given to Nationally Certified School Psychologists who have professional experience and/or published research involving the provision of school psychological services within multi-tiered systems of support.
