We are seeking an Account Executive to support the Inova Occupational Health Program with the Inova Health System.
The Inova Occupational Health Program provides workplace health services to over 1,100 diverse businesses and government and county agencies with staff size ranging from 10 to 17,000 employees. This position will support the Program with direct sales of our program to businesses and organizations throughout the area.
The Job Duties for this position include:
Grows volume and revenue from new acquisition and sales through effective targeting, qualifying, presentation, overcoming objections, closing and follow through with targeted b2b audience.
Gather market intelligence for action and/or informational purposes to assist sales and operational leadership in strategic planning and decision making.
Meets Annual Revenue targets for Department.
Contacts 100% of targets within sales plan timeline.
Record and communicate intelligence and issues to operations leader or their designee.
Schedules and prepares proposals, communications, presentations to employers as part of sales process.
Provides a concise summary of activities, findings and outcomes for each project to include debriefings with lost opportunities.
Negotiate business proposals, contracts, and business ventures related to growth and new revenue for Inova.
