The Architecture & Software (A&S) group is looking for a driven and highly-organized self-starter to join its Business Operations team to support and lead cross-functional projects and process improvements in the organization.
The Business Operations and Security Project Manager is a key role in the company's efforts to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Architecture & Software business units. The Project Manager will support the planning and delivery of segment level programs through analyzing data, evaluating processes, coordinating resources, facilitating meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting change management efforts to ensure project success.
Coordinate resources to successfully execute projects.
Exercise independent judgment in project management methods and techniques.
Communicate with project resources and end users.
Assist in the delivery of presentations and training courses to cross-functional resources and end users, including Senior Management.
Collect and aggregate requirements and progress on projects assigned; monitor and track down project issues.
Coordinate project activities and deliverables with IT.
Develop and cultivate strong day-to-day relationships with business counterparts. Proactively network with key contacts, peers, vendors and customers both within and outside the business segment.
Drive toward the delivery of project deliverables in accordance with established milestones and deadlines.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and accountability in completing assigned projects and tasks on time, and within budget.
Support, practice and encourage robust Information Security practices for A&S.
Ensure familiarity and appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network

SharePoint: Super Curator and Curator support; Hypercare new user logistics
File Share Migration: Assistance and coordination
USB Lockdown: Communications, Tracking and Issue resolution
Local PC Administration: Communications, Tracking and Issue resolution
SAP Migration: Communications and training, Data analysis and coordination
