The Clinical Pharmacy Translational Science (CPTS) Post-Doctoral Fellowship provides 2-3 years of mentored experiential training in clinical translational research to post-graduates (PhD, PharmD, MD, etc.) with prior research experience. The objective of the fellowship is to prepare these individuals for careers as independent investigators in academia, industry or government. Fellows spend at least 75% of their time conducting mentored research and participate in supplementary training including coursework in grant writing, departmental research and professional development seminars, and teaching within our PharmD curriculum. Fellows will gain direct experience designing and conducting clinical-translational research and preparing manuscripts and grants. These skills will be developed primarily through participation in ongoing research projects under the experienced mentorship of Clinical Pharmacy Faculty.
