Reporting to the VP for Finance and Administration/CFO, the primary responsibility for this position will be gathering data and information, and using that for evaluation and reporting on Academic Programs. Additional duties including, but are not limited to:
Develop a program evaluation system, which will be used by the College to make strategic decisions regarding which academic programs to start, stop, sustain or grow
Expected to work with employees across the institution in all divisions and at different levels and will be expected to utilize the information systems that we currently use as well as recommend systems that may be needed for an accurate evaluation of programs
Assist in budget modeling for the Multi-Campus transition to include building a budget model that can be used for all 3 campuses, and centers that utilizes standards for courses, staff, facilities, etc. to provide the Standard Student Experience
Tasked with building enhancement budgets for the biennial process, as well as assisting with any biennial budget priority presentations
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in Accounting, Business or finance related
3-4 years of comparable professional experience with finance and budget
Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to develop reports and queries in existing systems, e.g. Workday Finance & HR, PeopleSoft, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to elicit, organize, translate data
Ability to develop new business processes, e.g. program evaluation, budget modeling, etc.
Competent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Ability to work well with all levels of management and across functional areas
Ability to prioritize projects and establish timelines
