Dairyland Power Cooperative, an electric utility headquartered in La Crosse, WI, is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Analyst. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the enterprise risk management functions, including insurance and evaluating potential hedging opportunities, for Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC).? Ensures protection of assets and employees through specific programs designed to prevent/reduce the frequency and/or severity of injuries, physical damage to property, and liability exposures to DPC, members, or the public.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or similar with five (5) years corporate insurance experience required. Enterprise risk management experience is preferred. Experience with RUS or other government loan programs is a plus.
Licenses and Certifications: Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and/or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation preferred. Must have a valid drivers license.
