Job Duties: Part-time position that manages all insurance claims for the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Speech, Language and Hearing Clinics including third party billing and reimbursement and serving as billing liaison.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and experience in billing and collections.
Ability to work well independently and on a team.
Experience with third party reimbursement
Knowledge and experience with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and laws.
Ability to learn systems and policies quickly.
Able to attend to details.
Ability to establish relationships with insurance providers.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Ability to work with clients and families regarding billing and insurance.
Able to problem solve and create new systems as needed.
Adaptable to changes to billing and policy.
Experience creating tracking mechanisms for billing and collections preferred.
Experience navigating through insurance portals preferred.
