Assistant Clinical Lecturer to teach nursing courses; advise students; provide service to the university. Position begins August 2019.
Require: Master’s degree in nursing by date of appointment; current unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse in State of Ohio; minimum of two years’ active practice in nursing; valid driver’s license.
Faculty in the department develop and revise syllabi; maintain records documenting student achievement; maintain clinical expertise in nursing practice; serve on departmental, campus, division and/or university committees; evaluate own teaching effectiveness and contribute to evaluation of the nursing curriculum and individual courses; provide academic and career advising; and may be assigned to serve as course coordinator, which requires oversight and support of part-time clinical faculty members.
