Job Functions :
Project Management: Works with the Compensation team on projects and compensation initiatives with an emphasis on advanced analysis and metric reporting. Administration: Participates in administering pay programs including base pay, salary planning/administration, job descriptions and evaluations, salary/market pricing analyses, bonus administration and special projects. Analysis: Provides support in analyzing program results, identifying potential opportunities for enhancements to pay programs and preparing management reports. Coordinates work with HRIS as liaison between the two functions. Change Management: Supports Compensation function by actively promoting consulting model, skills and competencies internally and externally.
