1. Works independently to develop, manage, and organize the Bridgeport and NYC MOMS programs under the overall direction of the Director of MOMS Partnership® Program Implementation. Serves as primary coordinator between University and non-Yale collaborators (including government and community partners). 2. Writes and/or refines procedures / protocols for program implementation. 3. Determines potential sources of funding and prospective partnerships and cultivates those leads to fruition. 4. Designs and implements quality control measures to ensure fidelity to the model and assists in monitoring fidelity. 5. Assists in developing local impact evaluation, including developing quality control measures to ensure compliance with methodological protocols. 6. Evaluates feasibility of expanding Bridgeport and NYC MOMS programs, once launched, through analysis of staffing needs, resource requirements, financial costs, and current planned capacity of group. 7. Contributes in-depth, original thought and relevance to written reports and to the writing of abstracts and manuscripts. 8. Other duties as required by department.
